Breaking news, Trainers! After probing the latest update to Pokémon GO, data-miners have found that new coding for quests was removed! This code was only preliminary, and put into place during the last update.

This doesn't mean we won't see quests, but it does seem like Niantic is trying to keep something from us. Nothing else significant came from this update.
