Pokémon GO's recurring Rock-type event, Adventure Week, will be returning early next month. Niantic made this announcement yesterday. Here's the details of the 2019 installment of the event.
As always, Rock-type Pokémon will spawn more frequently. They will also appear more in Raid Battles and Field Research, as well as 2KM Eggs. The Onix, Lileep, and Anorith families will have their Shiny variants released.
Additionally, this Adventure Week has three exploration-themed bonus effects. PokéStops that you have not spun before will award ten times the normal XP. Buddy Candy rewards will be quadrupled. Finally, Trainers that have enabled Adventure Sync will receive an award of 50,000 Stardust and 15 Rare Candies if they travel 50KM or more.
Adventure Week 2019 will begin on June 4 and run until June 11. As always, the start and end time is 1:00 PM PDT. Thanks for reading, Trainers!
