Porygon-Z is the evolved form of Porygon2. In the main-series games, Porygon2 needs an item called the Dubious Disc to evolve into Porygon-Z. It's unknown if Niantic will add this item for Porygon-Z, but we wouldn't be surprised if they did.
PLACE IN THE META: The Normal-type is not a very useful type, as it is not super-effective against any other type. With that in mind, Porygon-Z may not be as useful as it could be. However, its Attack stat is respectable, meaning it could prove to be a good DPS counter.
Porygon-Z is a pure Normal-type. This means it is highly-resistant to Ghost-type attacks, and weak to Fighting-type attacks.
