Gliscor is the evolved form of Gligar. In the main-series games, Gligar needs a Razor Fang to evolve, but it will only do so at night. It's unknown if Niantic will add this requirement into Pokémon GO.
PLACE IN THE META: Despite Gliscor's popularity, we don't see it getting very much usage in Pokémon GO. Its rather limited access to Ground-type and Flying-type moves, average stats, and large Ice-type weakness could provide a sizable hinderance to its viability. Additionally, the Legendary Pokémon Landorus (which is, essentially, a better version of Gliscor) will come along in Generation 5, and will likely be a much better investment of your Stardust.
Gliscor is a Ground-type and a Flying-type. This means Gliscor is resistant to Bug-, Poison-, and Fighting-type attacks, and "immune" to Electric-type and Ground-type attacks. It is weak to Water-type attacks, and very weak to Ice-type attacks.
LIKELY MOVEPOOL: Out of the Fast Moves we currently have in Pokémon GO, the following are the ones that seem most likely to be given to Gliscor:
Out of the Charged Moves we currently have in Pokémon GO, the following are the ones that seem most likely to be given to Gliscor:
Should Niantic add any new moves, the following are good candidates for Gliscor's movepool:
LOOKING AHEAD: Looking beyond Generation 4, Gliscor gains no evolution, exclusive Z-Move, or Mega Evolution.
