This weekend is this month's special, two-day Community Day. The event features Eevee and the fantastic bonus of triple Stardust for catching Pokémon. So how do you take maximum advantage of this event? Here's our best tips.
USE A STAR PIECE
The event features triple Stardust for catching Pokémon, as we said above. With a Star Piece active, that's boosted to 4.5 times the normal amount. With Generation 4 teased to be on the horizon and trading whittling down your Stardust, it's important to start stocking up!
Obviously, Lucky Eggs and Incenses can also be quite useful during Community Day. To make sure you don't miss a moment of enhancement activity, set reminders on your phone to restart them every 30 minutes.

SAVE TIME
Even though time is doubled this month, don't waste time. Use a GO Plus if you have it, ad make sure to have enough slots in your Pokémon Box for all the GO Plus catches.
Glitches are something that can waste your time. The latest two versions of the game have been filled with bugs, so it's important to be conscious of them. Turn AR Plus of if you have it so encounters work animate normally, and don't run from Pokémon after giving them a Berry so your able to catch them.

REAL-WORLD SUPPLIES
Real-world supplies are just as important. As far as your phone is concerned, make sure it's fully charged heading into the event. If you have power banks, make sure you have them with you and fully charged. But, more importantly, make sure you stay healthy. Check your local forecast before going out on your adventure. Make sure to have snacks and / or water, as well as protection from the weather (whether it be the summer heat, pouring rain, or freezing wind).
EVOLUTIONS
The five available evolved forms of Eevee aren't the only ones. We have Leafeon and Glaceon coming in Generation 4, Sylveon coming in Generation 6, and likely some never-before-seen evolutions coming in the future generations. You may want to try to save some of your Shiny Eevee for these "Eeveelutions" if you are able.
Thanks for reading, Trainers! Enjoy your Community Days!
