We expect Drifloon to be a relatively common Ghost-type. More so than Duskull and Shuppet, at least. This leads us to predict that Drifloon will be found in 2KM or 5KM Eggs, and take 3KM to find a Candy when being walked as a Buddy.
Drifloon is know for grabbing children with its stringlike appendages. It is then said to carry them to the afterlife.

PLACE IN THE META: Drifblim will not be a useful attacker in Pokémon GO. Its Attack stat is low, and is not at the same caliber of Gengar's and Giratina's. If Drifblim finds a place in the metagame, it will be as a defender with its massive Stamina stat.
Drifblim is a Ghost- and Flying-type. This makes it weak to Dark-, Electric-, Rock, Ice-, and Ghost-type attacks; highly-resistant to Bug-type attacks; as well as resistant to Grass- and Poison-type attacks.
