Dusknoir is the evolved form of Dusclops. We expect it to cost 100 Duskull Candy to evolve a Dusclops. A Reaper Cloth is required in the main-series, and we wouldn't be surprised if Niantic adds this item into Pokémon GO.
PLACE IN THE META: We do not expect Dusknoir to have much use in Pokémon GO. While Dusknoir's Defense is quite good, its Attack is underwhelming and its Stamina is rather low for a fully-evolved Pokémon. When compared to Gengar and Giratina, Dusknoir is going to be outclassed.
Dusknoir is a pure Ghost-type. This makes it weak to Ghost- and Dark-type attacks, resistant to Poison- and Bug-type attacks, as well as "immune" to Normal- and Fighting-type attacks.
LIKELY MOVEPOOL: Out of the Fast Moves we currently have in Pokémon GO, the following are the ones that seem most likely to be given to Dusknoir:

Should Niantic add any new moves, the following are good candidates for Dusknoir's movepool:
