PLACE IN THE META: Scraggy isn't very remarkable. Its Attack stat is inadequate, its defenses average, and its typing is very susceptible to Fairy-type attacks. Gyms and Raids definitely won't be kind to this Pokémon, and Trainer Battles likely won't either (especially with Play Rough-using Azumarill swimming about).
