Probopass is the evolved form of Nosepass. We expect it to cost 50 Nosepass Candy to evolve a Nosepass.

PLACE IN THE META:
Probopass will not be very useful in Pokémon GO; it doesn't have the stats to compete. If you want a good Rock-type, use Tyranitar or Rhyperior. If you want a good Steel-type, use Metagross or Dialga. If you want a combination of both, go with Aggron (which is a much better version of Probopass).

Probopass is a Steel- and Rock-type. This makes it weak to Water-type attacks; doubly weak to Ground- and Fighting-type attacks; resistant to Rock-, Ice-, Bug-, Fairy-, Psychic- and Dragon-type attacks; highly resistant to Normal- and Flying-type attacks; as well as "immune" to Poison-type attacks.

LIKELY MOVEPOOL: Out of the Fast Moves we currently have in Pokémon GO, the following are the ones that seem most likely to be given to Probopass:
  • Smack Down
  • Spark

Out of the Charged Moves we currently have in Pokémon GO, the following are the ones that seem most likely to be given to Probopass:
  • Power Gem
  • Stone Edge
  • Zap Cannon

Should Niantic add any new moves, the following are good candidates for Probopass' movepool:
  • Explosion
  • Tri Attack

LOOKING AHEAD: Looking beyond Generation 4, Probopass gains no evolution, exclusive Z-Move, or Mega Evolution.
Thanks for reading, Trainers!
