PLACE IN THE META: Emolga is the "Pikachu clone" of this generation, and so far the only one to take flight. Like Pachirisu, Plusle, and Minun, this Pokémon does not have the power to be an effective Raider or Gym battler. With that being said, this Pokémon could find some utility in the Great League.
