In addition to the CP rework finally going live in Pokémon GO, and a new event has come along with it. Here's what you need to know:
HATCHATHON
Until November 27 at 1:00 PM PST, the Pokémon that gain Evolutions in the fourth generation, such as Magby, are hatching from 2KM Eggs. Some of their Evolutions are now available. Additionally, Shiny Elekid is now hatchable.
These are the Evolutions that have been released:
A quick note about these new Pokémon: All of these Pokémon require 100 Candy and a Sinnoh Stone to evolve. Rhyhorn, Porygon, Togepi, and Duskull now require 25 Candy to evolve instead of 50. The Sinnoh Stone is only coming out of Research Breakthroughs at the moment, but Niantic officials have hinted at other ways of getting it in the future.
And two final notes: Rhyperior's 3D model is grossly undersized, and increased Kanto spawns should be coming later this week to correspond with the release of Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!
These are the Evolutions that have been released:
- Rhyperior
- Porygon-Z
- Dusknoir
- Roserade
- Magmortar
- Gliscor
- Honchkrow
- Mismagius
- Togekiss
- Electivire

MELTAN
In recent days, Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! have been completely datamined thanks to copies of the game that were inexplicably given out early. Thanks to those copies and some network traffic data found in Pokémon GO, we know about transferring between GO and LGPE and how to get Meltan.
Transferring a Pokémon to Let's Go awards you with the Mystery Box. When you activate the Box, it lures Meltan to your location for a half hour. The Mystery Box will then close, and start a weeklong countdown. Once the countdown concludes, transferring another Pokémon over to the Switch titles will allow it to reopen and lure Meltan to you all over again.

We'll end this article with one final announcement: PokéStop nominations have come to Level 40 Trainers in the country of Chile. Thanks for reading, Trainers!
