3.   COMMUNITY  DAY

Yesterday was the sixth-ever Pokémon GO Community Day, which featured Larvitar. The event also featured triple XP for catching Pokémon and three-hour Lures. The events in Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region were plagued with connectivity issues. Unfortunately for our friends in Europe and Africa, they did not receive a two-hour extension like the Asia-Pacific region did.

4.   UNOWN  EVENTS

Seemingly in response in the #HolaNiantic movement to try to get an event in Latin America, there are currently increased spawn rates of Unown in the region. There was also increased spawn rates of Unown around E3 earlier in the week, including the first-ever appearance of the exclamation point form.

7.   WEEKEND  TRIVIA

Well, with all the Community Day and Summer Tour excitement this weekend, we forgot to tweet out the Weekend Trivia poll. Oops! Regardless, here is this week's trivia question:

Even if this Pokémon is injured, it will keep fighting to defend its allies. It is strong enough to lift a car. Who's that Pokémon: Braviary, Machamp, Hawlucha, or Stoutland?

The correct answer is Braviary.
