2. New legendaries and shiny pokemon 3D models discovered
A dataminer named 'Chrales' has played around with his APK and discovered some new 3D models on Niantic's servers. Ho-Oh, Shiny Ho-Oh, Celebi, Shiny Gastly, Shiny Haunter, and Shiny Gengar have 3D assets ready for launch. Now, this does not mean they will launch soon, as they still need their 2D sprites to be downloaded.

3. Halloween event conclusion
The Halloween Event for 2017 has come to a conclusion. Shuppet, Banette, Sableye, Duskull, Dusclops, and their Shiny variants are still available in Eggs and in the wild. The event boxes were extended until Monday, so buy some more if you want. Just keep in mind that these boxes don't have the best deals, so it might be better to save your PokéCoins for the holidays.
4. Ultra sun & Ultra moon: Rainbow rocket, Legendaries, & more!
Some major news dropped this week for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon. Some more news is scheduled to drop at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Friday.
TEAM RAINBOW ROCKET: Team Rainbow Rocket has been confirmed! Giovanni and all the past evil-team leaders have taken over the Aether Foundation and Festival Plaza. These leaders will use a variety of Legendary and Mega-Evolved Pokémon.
LEGENDARIES IN WORMHOLES: We ave had confirmation that Legendary Pokémon will be released inside of Ultra Wormholes. Every non-Mythical legend will be available.
ULTRA SUN EXCLUSIVES: Dusk Mane Necrozma, Latios, Ho-Oh, Raikou, Groudon, Reshiram, Celesteela, Dialga, Xerneas, Buzzwole, Solgaleo, Heatran, UB Assembly, and Tornadus.
ULTRA MOON EXCLUSIVES: Dawn Wings Necrozma, Latias, Lugia, Entei, Kyogre, Zekrom, Kartana, Palkia, Yveltal, Pheromosa, Lunala, Regigigas, UB Burst, and Thundurus.

TOTEM STICKERS: Totem Stickers are similar to the Zygarde Cells of these games. They are those things that you go around the Alola Region and collect. These stickers will allow you to get Totem-sized Pokémon.
THE BATTLE AGENCY: The Battle Agency is a new facility that seems to be similar to the Battle Tree and Battle Factory. You can rent powerful Pokémon (such as Exeggutor, Raikou, Bisharp, and Thundurus) to battle characters like Sophocles to earn rare Items.
DIFFERENT SPECIES IN ISLAND SCAN: Different species will be appearing in the Island Scan feature. Charmander, Grovyle, and Greninja were shown in the trailer.
