PLACE IN THE META: Toxicroak is yet another Pokédex-filler. It just doesn't have the stats or good enough movepool potential to keep up with Pokémon like Blaziken, Machamp, Muk, etc. If Toxicroak and Croagunk are looking for love, they should stay with Team Galactic.
Toxicroak is a Poison- and Fighting-type. This makes it weak to Flying- and Ground-type attacks; four-times weak to Psychic-type attacks; resistant to Fighting-, Grass-, Poison-, Ice-, Grass-, Rock-, and Dark-type attacks; as well as highly-resistant to Bug-type attacks.
LIKELY MOVEPOOL: Out of the Fast Moves we currently have in Pokémon GO, the following are the ones that seem most likely to be given to Toxicroak:
